Return Window You have 14 days from the date you receive the last item to notify us of your intention to return. Once notified, you must send items back within 14 days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the product price and standard outbound shipping. Premium or express shipping upgrades are not refunded. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to: personalized or custom-made products; sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons; perishable goods; digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
